STING (stimulator of interferon genes) is a famous adaptor protein sensing cytosolic DNA and regulate innate immune responses (e.g., type I interferon) against pathogen invasion, ICE Bioscience team has quite a lot of experience on such signaling pathway like measure activities for cGAS, STING, TREX1, ENPP1, JAK/STAT proteins in both biochemical and cellular level. In the meanwhile, we also expand platform to support protein degradation drug discovery from target/E3 validation, classical WB to screening cascade preparation including in vitro biology, ADME, PK/PD etc, to accelerate innovative drug discovery process.
