This kinase inhibition dendrogram illustrates the inhibitory efficacy of BI-3406 at a concentration of 1µM across a spectrum of kinase families. The kinases are categorized into groups such as TK (Tyrosine Kinase), CMGC, AGC, CAMK, CK1, STE, and TKL, arranged according to their phylogenetic relationships. Kinases are marked with dots, where the color of each kinase indicates the level of inhibition achieved by BI-3406, with color coding as follows: red signifies 90-100% inhibition, yellow indicates 80-90%, blue represents 70-80%, and light blue denotes 50-70%. Green implies inhibition below 50%. This detailed visualization aids in identifying the selectivity profile of BI-3406, highlighting its potential therapeutic targets and off-target effects, which are critical for drug development and safety assessments.
