Human Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cells (HSPCs)

Our HSPC Differentiation and Immune Cell Activation Services provide comprehensive solutions for studying the lineage-specific differentiation and functional responses of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Using CD34+ cells isolated from cord blood or bone marrow, these services focus on myeloid, erythroid, and megakaryocyte differentiation pathways, with customizable options for drug testing and functional analysis.

Service Overview

General Myeloid Differentiation

HSPCs are cultured with specialized media (e.g., HemaTox™ Myeloid Kit) to differentiate into myeloid lineage cells, including monocytes, granulocytes, and macrophages. Myeloid-specific markers are analyzed at Day 7 using flow cytometry to confirm differentiation.

General Erythroid Differentiation

HSPCs are induced to differentiate into erythroid lineage cells using the HemaTox™ Erythroid Kit. After 7 days of culture, cells are analyzed for erythroid markers, providing insights into red blood cell development.

General Megakaryocyte Differentiation

For megakaryocyte differentiation, HSPCs are cultured in HemaTox™ Megakaryocyte Kit for 10 days. At the endpoint, markers are assessed by flow cytometry to confirm the formation of mature megakaryocytes and their potential platelet-producing capability.
