Our HSPC Differentiation and Immune Cell Activation Services provide comprehensive solutions for studying lineage-specific differentiation and functional responses of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Using CD34+ cells isolated from cord blood or bone marrow, these services focus on myeloid, erythroid and megakaryocyte differentiation pathways, with customizable options for drug testing and functional analysis.
HSPCs are cultured with specialized media, such as the HemaTox™ Myeloid Kit, to differentiate into myeloid-lineage cells including monocytes, granulocytes and macrophages. Myeloid-specific markers are analyzed on Day 7 by flow cytometry to confirm differentiation.
HSPCs are induced to differentiate into erythroid-lineage cells using the HemaTox™ Erythroid Kit. After 7 days of culture, cells are analyzed for erythroid markers to support evaluation of red blood cell development.
For megakaryocyte differentiation, HSPCs are cultured in the HemaTox™ Megakaryocyte Kit for 10 days. At the endpoint, markers are assessed by flow cytometry to confirm the formation of mature megakaryocytes and evaluate their potential platelet-producing capability.
