Platform Capabilities
01 · MULTIPLEX BIOMARKER ANALYSIS
MSD (Meso Scale Discovery)

MSD assays use electrochemiluminescence detection to measure analytes in biological samples. Analytes bind to capture antibodies immobilized on multi-spot plates and are detected using electrochemiluminescent tags.

Applications: Multiplex biomarker analysis, cytokine profiling, biomarker validation, and pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies.

02 · CELLULAR PHENOTYPING
Flow Cytometry

Flow cytometry analyzes the physical and chemical characteristics of particles as they pass through laser beams in a fluid stream. Fluorescence intensity and light-scattering properties are measured to identify and characterize cells and particles.

Applications: Cell-surface marker analysis, cell-cycle analysis, apoptosis detection, intracellular protein detection, and immunophenotyping.

03 · REAL-TIME LIVE-CELL ANALYSIS
IncuCyte Live-Cell Analysis System

IncuCyte enables real-time, automated analysis of cell behavior and morphology over time using phase-contrast and fluorescence microscopy within an incubator environment.

Applications: Cell proliferation and viability assays, cell migration and invasion assays, apoptosis and cytotoxicity assays, and immune-cell activation assays.

04 · SINGLE-CELL IMAGE ANALYSIS
Operetta High-Content Screening (HCS)

HCS combines automated microscopy with image-analysis algorithms to quantify cellular features and functions at the single-cell level. It supports screening of large compound or siRNA libraries in cellular assays.

Applications: Phenotypic screening, target identification and validation, pathway analysis, toxicity screening, and 3D cell-culture assays.

05 · HIGH-THROUGHPUT FUNCTIONAL SCREENING
FLIPR Penta High-Throughput Cellular Screening

FLIPR assays use fluorescence detection to monitor changes in intracellular calcium levels or membrane potential in cultured cells. Fluorescent calcium or voltage-sensitive dyes are combined with plate-reader imaging to identify changes in cellular physiology, such as receptor activation or ion-channel modulation.

Applications: High-throughput screening of GPCR activation, ion-channel modulation, compound profiling, drug screening, toxicity testing, and functional characterization of cellular responses.

06 · AUTOMATED PROTEIN QUANTIFICATION
Jess Automated Western Blot System

JESS streamlines Western blotting through capillary electrophoresis combined with immunodetection, enabling precise and reproducible quantification of protein-expression levels in biological samples.

Applications: Automated Western blotting, protein-expression analysis, biomarker discovery, and drug-development research.

07 · INTACT-CELL SIGNALING ANALYSIS
In-Cell Western

In-Cell Western assays use immunofluorescence detection to measure protein expression directly within intact cells. Fluorescently labelled antibodies target proteins of interest in fixed and permeabilized cells, followed by imaging and quantification.

Applications: Protein-expression profiling, pathway analysis, quantification of protein-protein interactions, drug-target validation, and assessment of intracellular signaling pathways.
