ICE has basic techniques supporting evaluation on different level like DNA, RNA, protein and cells with extensive experiences on functional activity evaluation like:

 √ On DNA level we could do some research about DNA modification, genomic engineering, DNA-binding based transcription activation etc.,

 √ On RNA level we do mRNA, miRNA, siRNA and ASO related measurement, leverage CRISPR/Cas9 technique to do target validation and cell line construction

 √ On protein level, to support the multiple functional and scaffold protein functions, we established state-of-the-art facilities like Operetta, FACS CytoFLEX, Jess, LI-COR DLx and PHERAstar FSX etc.

√ on the whole cell we could check live cell status and migration by Incucyte S3, CLARIOstar, LI-COR DLx and Operetta etc, and have strong team and platform on cell line construction and engineering.
