Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's development strategy and the market demand for in vivo pharmacology and efficacy, be responsible for the establishment of drug in vivo and in vitro efficacy evaluation technology platforms, execute project management and tackle new technology challenges, and assist business-related departments in technical negotiations and communications with clients.
2. Responsible for the overall management of the implementation of efficacy evaluation projects, including experimental design, construction of various disease models, drug efficacy evaluation, mechanism research, data analysis, and the generation of research reports, as well as technical exchanges and communications with clients regarding project execution, resolving various issues in project execution, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with quality.
3. Responsible for the construction and optimization of the technical system, quality system, documentation system, and training system within the department.
4. Responsible for the training, assessment, and management of the team.
Job Requirements:
1. Doctoral degree in pharmacology, veterinary medicine, immunology, biomedical science, or a related field, with more than 5 years of R&D-related work experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
2. Proficient in the establishment methods of relevant animal models, application scenarios, and the methods for efficacy evaluation of anti-tumor/non-tumor drugs.
3. Familiar with experimental techniques in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, and toxicology, including in vivo experiments and the analysis and processing of experimental data.
4. Experience in managing CRO organizations is preferred.
5. Strong innovative spirit and scientific, logical thinking ability, capable of independently analyzing and solving problems.
6. Good English reading and writing skills, able to independently review literature, write relevant professional reports, and prepare application documents.
7. The specific job level will be determined based on the candidate's comprehensive qualifications.
