Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Biophysics Platform manager to lead our team in providing top-notch technical services and CRO services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biophysics and a proven track record of managing teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the biophysics      platform team to deliver high-quality services.

• Engage with clients to understand      their needs and provide expert advice.

• Oversee the operation and      maintenance of biophysics instruments, including SPR, ITC, MST, and      NanoDSF.

• Develop and implement protocols      for biophysics experiments.

• Mentor and train team members to      enhance their technical skills.

• Collaborate with other departments      to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry,      Structural Biology or a related field.

• Proficiency in English, with the      ability to communicate effectively with overseas clients.

• Extensive experience with Surface      Plasmon Resonance (SPR) techniques.

• Having additional experience including      Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), Microscale Thermophoresis (MST), Nano      Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (NanoDSF), would be better.

• Strong leadership and team      management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving      abilities and attention to detail.
