Dendritic Cell (DC) Assay Services

Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen-presenting cells of the immune system and a key target for immuno-oncology and autoimmune drug discovery. ICE Bioscience offers in vitro dendritic cell assay services to evaluate DC maturation, antigen presentation and T cell priming, supporting the development of immune-modulating therapeutics.

Applications

DC assays are used to evaluate adjuvants, checkpoint modulators, small-molecule immunomodulators and biologics, as well as to study mechanisms of immune activation and tolerance. Readouts typically include flow cytometry phenotyping and cytokine profiling.
