Standard Assay Conditions and Deliverables

A transparent study framework

01 / ASSAY SETUP

Plate formats: 96-well or 384-well plates. Readouts: CellTiter-Glo, CyQUANT, Hoechst or Ki67. Serum: 10% FBS or 2–5% FBS, according to the study design.

Dose response: typically 10 doses for IC50 or GI50 studies, in duplicate. Treatment duration may be 3, 5, 7 days or longer, with at least two cell-doubling times where appropriate.

02 / DELIVERABLES

Study documentation includes methods and testing conditions, quality-control metrics such as Z′ factor, signal-to-window ratio, CV% and reference-compound data, plus inhibition values, curve fitting and IC50 results where applicable.

03 / RELATED SERVICES

Programs can be extended with combination studies, target-engagement assays, apoptosis assays, cell-cycle analysis, protein-phosphorylation assays and xenograft models.
