500+ human tumor cell lines in ICE cell bank (will add 50 cell lines/month)

The client could choose any cell lines in ICE cell bank for testing

Fixed cell panel screening: 

170 tumor cell lines from across 21 tumor types

Cell Panel Screening_Assay Setup

Controls Setup:

High control: DMSO only

Low control: Medium only

Reference compound: Staurosporine, the IC50 value will be provided

Report: 

Signature, Summary, materials and instruments, Protocol, Compound dilution, Plate Map, Raw data  and result of IC50, as well as IC50 summary for each analysis will be provided.

Compound requirements: 

In brief: 100 µL of the stock solution with 1000× the highest testing concentration or the equivalent as solid material. 

Could support biomarker and protein degradation analysis (options)

Cell Panel Screening_Assay Discription

Cells were seeded in 384 well pate.

After overnight, compounds are dispensed by a ECHO machine. 

Cells are treated at 37 ℃ at 5 % CO2.
