EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) Services

Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) is a transmembrane protein with a critical role in cell growth and differentiation. Dysregulation and mutations in EGFR are implicated in multiple cancers, making it a prominent target for cancer therapy. Understanding EGFR molecular mechanisms and oncogenic roles is central to designing effective targeted therapies.

3. SPR

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) provides real-time, label-free analysis of interactions between potential therapeutic compounds and EGFR. It enables determination of affinity, kinetics and specificity to identify and optimize lead compounds with high binding efficacy.

4. EGFR Cell Line Screening

Our platform includes more than 1,000 cell lines, including overexpression, stable and gene-edited cell lines. For EGFR, ICE Bioscience has acquired 30 EGFR mutant-related Ba/F3 stable kinase cell lines and provides dedicated Ba/F3 cell-line construction services.

5. In Vivo Models

Cell line-derived xenograft (CDX) models are widely used in preclinical testing of drug efficacy, PK/PD correlations and combination therapies, enabling study of mechanisms that inhibit tumor growth and development.

FGFR (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor) Services

FGFR is a critical drug-discovery target because of its role in cell growth, differentiation and survival. Aberrant FGFR signalling is associated with cancers and developmental disorders; selective modulation of abnormal FGFR signalling can offer therapeutic benefit for FGFR-related conditions.

We offer over 30 FGFR proteins, including multiple mutants, to support advanced research and drug discovery. Robust enzyme-activity assays using ADP-Glo and HTRF platforms enable precise and sensitive measurement of kinase activity, function and inhibition.

Lipid Kinase Services

Lipid kinases, including PI3K, regulate cellular growth, survival and metabolism by phosphorylating membrane lipids. Dysregulation of lipid-kinase signalling is implicated in cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disorders. Understanding their molecular mechanisms and regulatory functions supports the design of effective inhibitors and advancement of lipid kinase-associated therapies.

Cyclin-Dependent Kinase (CDK) Services

CDKs are critical regulators of the cell cycle and transcription. Dysregulated CDK activity is associated with cancers and proliferative disorders, making selective CDK inhibition an important strategy in drug discovery and cancer treatment.

ICE Bioscience has expressed and purified more than 20 high-purity, high-activity proteins from the CDK family. Our CDK kinase-screening service uses ADP-Glo assays to quantitatively measure ADP production and reflect compound-mediated inhibition of kinase targets.
